Second Senate Banking Committee Insurance Regulation Reform Hearing

In a second insurance regulation hearing within a week, the Senate Banking Committee continued its review yesterday of insurance regulatory reform. Building on last week's hearing, the discussion focused on the possibility of an optional federal charter and other reform measures.
