Ken Vorrasi, a partner in Washington, DC, organized and moderated an antitrust program on June 17, 2014 entitled, Practicing Before the DOJ and FTC: Tips for Rising Attorneys New to Agency Practice, which was sponsored by the ABA Antitrust Section. 

The program concentrated on agency practice before the DOJ and the FTC, including presentation of evidence and interaction with agency staff during various parts of the investigative process, and it offered practical guidance and advocacy pointers for attorneys interested in pursuing a career in an antitrust practice before the DOJ and FTC
