Drinker Biddle attorney Janet Fries, Counsel in the firm's Intellectual Property Group, spoke on legal issues for artists and collectors April 26 at Corcoran College of Art and Design in Washington DC.  Ms. Fries examined the tax and probate problems that often accompany private art collections.
