Business Impacts of Intellectual Property

Overview

Ira Kalina, partner in the firm's Chicago office, will serve as a guest lecturer in Legal Foundations of Management course at the Krannert School of Management of Purdue University.  He will lecture MBA students on the practical implications of intellectual property rights, licensing agreements and other intellectual property transactional issues, with an emphasis on entrepreneurial considerations and real world case studies.
