Drowning in Benefit Costs: New Jersey Case Study

Overview

Florham Park partners George Kendall and Ken Wilbur, who are counsel to the New Jersey Pension and Health Benefit Study Commission, presented a case study at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, Mossavar-Rahmani Center for Business and Government on March 26.

George and Ken presented alongside Thomas Healey, the Chairman of the Commission. Their presentation was titled, "Drowning in Benefit Costs: New Jersey Case Study;" it discussed the recommendations made to the State of New Jersey regarding pension and health benefit plans.
