Hosted by the National LGBTQ Bar Association: Trust & Estates Law Institute, Balduzzi discussed which clients will be affected by the sunset, planning opportunities and the need for flexibility if Congress extends the exemptions or repeals the estate tax, with a focus on issues unique to LGBTQ+ individuals and families.
