Copyrightability of AI-Generated Works

On June 2, 2023, Faegre Drinker Senior Counsel Janet Fries presented at the Rocky Mountain Intellectual Property & Technology Law Institute in Denver. Janet’s session, “Copyrightability of AI-Generated Works,” highlighted developments from the United States Copyright Office regarding AI-generated content and next steps regarding registration of music, visual art and other works created with AI assistance.
