ESOP Legal and Regulatory Update

Rick Pearl, a partner in Faegre Drinker’s Chicago office gave a presentation during the legal and regulatory update during The ESOP Association California & Western States (CAWS) 2022 Annual Conference. He and the panel spoke on important court decisions, recent developments in the Department of Labor, and pending bills relating to ESOPs in the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives, and the California State Legislature.
