Faegre Drinker partner Jonathan Tarnow moderated a panel titled, “Managing Ever-Changing Data Privacy and Cybersecurity Requirements,” at the National Association of College and University Attorneys (NACUA) Annual Conference on June 28, 2022.

The panel included multiple in-house college and university attorneys, and discussed the current data privacy and cybersecurity regulatory landscape for higher education institutions, risk management strategies consistent with student and other stakeholder expectations, and leading practices for preventing and responding to data breaches and cyberattacks.
