Ryan Funk, Indianapolis partner, participated in a panel discussion during the American Bar Association Committee on Practice & Procedure under the National Labor Relations Act’s 2022 Midwinter Meeting titled “‘Get Off of My Cloud’: Ethical Duty to Stay Technologically Competent and Technology Issues Related to Practice Before the NLRB.” Ryan offered tips in dealing with technology issues and the ethical implications of technological competence. The panel discussed the application of Model Rules to virtual practice before the NLRB and attorney obligations to be competent with e-discovery.
