Federal Telehealth Policy and Access to Care for Patients

PAN Foundation Alliance Partners Meeting

Webinar

Overview

Ilisa Halpern Paul hosted a fireside chat with Megan Herber for a webinar hosted by Faegre Drinker client PAN Foundation. The webinar, held for the Foundation’s Alliance partners, was focused on the state-of-play with federal telehealth waivers and flexibilities, including a discussion regarding those that may stay in place following the COVID-19 public health emergency. Ilisa asked Megan thoughtful questions about the telehealth waivers’ impact on patients and the congressional outlook for addressing them in law.

The PAN Foundation is a national non-profit dedicated to helping federally and commercially insured people living with life-threatening, chronic and rare diseases with the out-of-pocket costs for their prescribed medications. The PAN Foundation collaborates with an array of national patient advocacy organizations, called Alliance partners.
