Government Relations – Ways to Engage

Faegre Drinker's Megan Herber and Sarah-Lloyd Stevenson gave a presentation to the Information Blocking Rule Work Group on the health policy outlook for the new 117th Congress and Biden administration. They also discussed ways to engage with the federal government, particularly on issues related to the Information Blocking rules released by the Office for the National Coordinator for Health IT (ONC) and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
