Overview
On January 20, 2021, Faegre Drinker’s Megan Herber and Jodie Curtis gave a federal government affairs update to the Emerging Biopharmaceutical Compliance Roundtable (EBPC). Following the 2020 elections, the updates introduced the new 117th Congress and Biden presidential administration. Health care and pharmaceutical policy, including goals and challenges for the first 100 days, were discussed.
