PLANADVISOR National Conference

Florham Park counsel Joan Neri will discuss retirement-related legislation at the PLANADVISOR National Conference to be held September 14–18, 2020. Joan’s presentation, “Legislative Update (SECURE, CARES, Portman Cardin and More),” will take place on September 16 from 12:30 – 1:30 p.m. ET. Joan will be joined by moderator Alison Cooke Mintzer, executive director of ISS Media, and fellow panelists Thomas Clark, chief operating officer and partner at The Wagner Law Group, and David Whaley, partner at Thompson Hine.

This five-day virtual conference will examine the core categories of client service, practice management, investments and regulatory challenges – all with a current focus. Panelists also will address the critically important and evolving topics of corporate social responsibility, community engagement and giving back.
