Faegre Drinker held the second installment of the Jury Perspectives Webinar Series.

In the first installment, we examined the global and national events that contribute to the character of each generation and the ways in which juror responses have evolved through times of uncertainty.

In this second installment, Kenneth A. Murphy and Andrea Roberts Pierson of Faegre Drinker’s Product Liability & Mass Torts trial practice group, and Glenn G. Kuper, Jr., Ph.D. and Jeffrey Jarman, Ph.D. from Tsongas discussed current survey research on jurors’ reactions to the COVID-19 world and implications for pharma and device companies.
