The speakers addressed business continuity plan (BCP) design and implementation, including unanticipated issues, gaps, and shortcomings that companies may have endured as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic; precautionary measures that companies can consider to improve their current BCP plans and help ensure the safety and health of their employees returning to in-office jobs; and how best to prepare for significant future business disruptions and a COVID-19 resurgence.
