FFCRA and Cares Act Teleconference

Stuart Buttrick, Indianapolis partner; Frank Swain, Washington, D.C. principal; and Ryan Funk, Indianapolis associate, co-presented a teleconference for Indiana Constructors, Inc. to address new legislation, including the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) and the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act. They discussed the criteria for coverage under the FFCRA, the general notice requirements and what the law requires. They also reviewed the CARES Act Payroll Protection Program.
