Overview
On Feb. 6, 2020, Kate Sherburne is presenting on a panel at the AON Transactions Symposium. The panel, ‘Whoppers: Considerations on Bulge Bracket Deals’, will discuss the use of representation and warranty insurance in multi-billion-dollar transactions. Panelists will discuss what has changed in the minds of clients and underwriters to make this sector more suitable for insurance and the unique challenges presented in these larger deals.
