The 2020 Election and Health Care Law – Issues at Stake

Partner Tony Pozos will be a featured panelist on the Philadelphia Bar Association’s program “The 2020 Election and Health Care Law – Issues at Stake.” The CLE will address issues at stake in the 2020 Election affecting health care law, including potential implications of the 2020 Election for the Justice Department’s individual accountability initiatives, enforcement of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the roles of relators in False Claims Act litigation, and COVID-19 pandemic-related fraud and abuse investigations and prosecutions.
