National Trial Advocacy College

Products Liability and Mass Tort partner Mike Zogby served on the faculty of the National Trial Advocacy College at the University of Virginia School of Law — one of the best trial advocacy programs in the United States. Now in its 39th year, the National Trial Advocacy College enables attorneys to sharpen their advocacy skills, including opening and closing arguments, direct and cross-examinations, and expert examinations, with the guidance of trial attorneys, over twenty federal and state court judges, and law school professors from around the country. This intensive program, which also features lectures and demonstrations, culminates in a mock jury trial for each attendee before a state or federal judge. Drinker Biddle associates Rebecca Trela (Philadelphia) and Jude Hickland (Dallas) successfully participated in the nationally renowned program as students this year.
