The Perils of Dealing with Whistleblowers Under the False Claims Act

Florham Park partner Lynne Anderson and Washington, D.C. partner Jesse Witten will present at Seton Hall Law School’s U.S. Healthcare Compliance Certification Program on June 11 in Newark, New Jersey. Lynne and Jesse will present together on “The Perils of Dealing with Whistleblowers Under the False Claims Act,” discussing how to handle potential whistleblowers.
