Navigating a Multigenerational Workforce: Avoiding Legal Pitfalls

San Francisco partner Cheryl Orr and Florham Park partner Lynne Anderson will present a webinar as part of the Association of Corporate Counsel’s (ACC) Women In The House initiative on March 12. The webinar, titled “Navigating a Multigenerational Workforce: Avoiding Legal Pitfalls,” will provide practical pointers to help employers manage today’s multigenerational workforce. Topics will include avoiding age discrimination, effective performance management that addresses different communication preferences, and a new look at implementing vacation and flextime policies – as well as other benefits – that appeal to the multi-generational workforce.

Women In The House is the ACC’s new global initiative that seeks to foster the professional development of women as in-house counsel, support and engage women in their professional roles, and champion full and equal recognition of women in the legal profession all over the globe.
