Leading Technology-Enabled Investigations: Effective Management and Ethical Pitfalls

Philadelphia partner Tony Pozos, along with Jordan Strauss of Kroll, hosted “Leading Technology-Enabled Investigations: Effective Management and Ethical Pitfalls” on December 11, 2019, in Philadelphia.

The program focused on the conduct and management of technology-enabled investigations, and addressed ethical considerations for in-house lawyers. Panelists discussed investigation management, “the art of the possible” for forensic investigations, practical interview techniques and ethical considerations when interacting with company personnel, and cooperating with government investigations. The conversation also covered the challenges of navigating evolving technologies and applications that may be sources of evidence, managing privacy concerns, and tailoring investigative and compliance strategies to protect a company’s interests.
