Planning for Employment Law Changes for 2020 in Illinois

Federal and state legislatures have been busy this year, passing new employment laws and regulations that will impact employers in 2020 and beyond. Join us for an interactive discussion on these new laws, including:

• The U.S. Department of Labor’s (DOL) final regulations on salary thresholds for exempt employees.
• Marijuana and CBD in the workplace, including Illinois’ recreational marijuana law.
• Updates on sexual harassment legislation, including the new Illinois Workplace Transparency Act.
