Trademark, Copyright, Advertising and Media Law Roundtable
Overview
This event will focus on famous trademarks. The program will provide an overview of the fame standard under the TDRA and a survey of 2018-19 federal court and TTAB decisions analyzing the evidence needed to support a finding of fame under the TDRA. The presentation also discusses fictional fame and the current state of niche market fame.
An application for standard continuing legal education (CLE) will be submitted in Indiana.
