Hot Topics in Insurance Litigation

Partner Nicole Wixted and counsel Erin Turner gave a continuing legal education (CLE) seminar to an insurance client in Hershey, Pennsylvania, on October 10, 2019, on “Hot Topics in Insurance Litigation.”

This interactive discussion posed questions related to issues in recent cases involving brokers and insurance producers. Attendees examined case studies and did an analysis of the litigation issues that arose surrounding queries relating to the actions or inactions of defendant brokers and insurance producers. Participants had the opportunity to discuss, examine and scrutinize twelve recent cases addressing hot topics in insurance litigation, and learned best practices for avoiding potential risks and pitfalls in their business.
