Diversity & Inclusion in Health and Life Sciences: Where Are We Today?

In honor of Women’s History Month, Drinker Biddle partnered with Women in Bio (WIB) to present “Diversity & Inclusion in Health and Life Sciences: Where Are We Today?”

Through an engaging panel discussion and audience Q&A, the program explored the current gender and diversity gap within boardrooms and C-suites in the health care and life science industries. Panelists included:

• Ericka Watson, Lead Counsel/Global Data Privacy, Danaher Corporation
• Jessica Mijares-Campo, Privacy Counsel, Eli Lilly and Company
• Magda Houlberg, M.D., Chief Clinical Officer, Howard Brown Health

Neelum T. Aggarwal, M.D., Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer at the American Medical Women’s Association and a Cognitive Neurologist at Rush University Medical Center, moderated the discussion.

Opening and closing remarks were provided by Drinker Biddle attorneys Jennifer Breuer, Co-Chair of Drinker Biddle’s Women’s Leadership Committee, and Fatema Zanzi, an active member of Drinker Biddle’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee.
