This was the fourth of our Plan Sponsor Compliance Audiocasts. Summer Conley and Heather Abrigo, two of our Los Angeles Employee Benefits partners who work with plan sponsors, discussed the advantages and disadvantages of the various types of plan documents and what factors plan sponsors should consider when adopting or restating a plan.
