Susan Sharko spoke on recent developments in mass tort and multi-county litigation in New Jersey. Susan, along with Zoha Barkeshli, is a contributing author to New Jersey Mass Tort & Class Action Treatise (NJICLE 2014). The seminar was sponsored by the Institute for Continuing Legal Education in cooperation with the Product Liability and Mass Tort Section of the NJSBA and featured state and federal judges and lawyers from the plaintiff and the defense side.
