Drinker Biddle Reception at the AHLA Annual Meeting

Drinker Biddle hosted a casual social gathering in San Francisco on Sunday, June 25, to kick off the American Health Lawyers Association Annual Meeting.

Attendees enjoyed an assortment of organic craft beers, contemporary Spanish tapas and live flamenco performances at Thirsty Bear Brewing Company, located near the San Francisco Marriot Marquis, the site of the conference.

Drinker Biddle Presenters at the AHLA Conference:

T.J. Sullivan presented on Monday, June 26, from 2:00 – 3:00 p.m. and again from 4:30 – 5:30 p.m. in a session titled, “Hospital and Health Plan Exemption–Meeting Expectations, Managing Threats.” T.J. was joined on the panel by Mark Zemelman of Kaiser Foundation Hospitals.

Fatema Zanzi presented on Tuesday, June 27, from 11:00 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. and Wednesday from 8:00 – 9:15 a.m. in a session titled, “Ready or Not? Compliance in a World of New Models.” Fatema was joined on the panel by Kristen Lilly of PYA Healthcare Consulting and Vicki Robinson from the Office of Inspector General.
