Litigation Update

Philadelphia partner Steve Serfass participated in a panel discussion at the 17th Annual Intercompany Long Term Care Insurance (ILTCI) Conference in Jacksonville, FL on Monday, March 27. Steve was joined on the panel by Reid Ashinoff of Dentons and Dan Reese of Transamerica. Steve's presentation during the Legal, Compliance & Regulatory session focused on recent updates in litigation.
