In the world of advertising, the FTC and FDA - and their state counterparts - are more active than ever. As the FTC cracked down on Lord & Taylor's "native advertising" and ventured further into the world of smart TVs, drones, and consumer privacy, the FDA sought comments on use of the word "natural" and continued to push First Amendments boundaries. Meanwhile, state regulators continue to deal with "Made in the USA" claims and GMO labeling issues. Join us to discuss these and related issues.
