Appellate Practice Skills Seminar

Brian Paul of Faegre Baker Daniels will participate in the Indiana State Bar Association's Appellate Practice Skills Seminar, designed to help practitioners enhance their appellate knowledge.

Brian will join the Honorable Margret G. Robb of the Indiana Court of Appeals to lead a breakout group on "Practicing Writing Persuasive Issue Statements, Statements of Facts and Other Portions of the Brief." He will also join the Roundtable on Oral Advocacy at the conclusion of the day.
