  • Howard Marks, StartEngine. Marks founded StartEngine with the mission to help make Los Angeles a top tech entrepreneurial city. Marks was the founder and CEO of Acclaim Games, a publisher of online games. Before Acclaim, Marks was the co-founder of Activision and Chairman of Activision Studios.
  • Marc Leaf, Drinker Biddle. Leaf previously served as counsel and senior advisor to SEC Commissioner Luis A. Aguilar and was a part of the team that helped define Regulation A+ and other JOBS Act offering reforms.
