Erin Ennis will discuss the current operating environment for U.S. companies in China, including the Bilateral Investment Treaty, and top issues such as competition, intellectual property and foreign investment restrictions. George Martin and Rob Biskup will provide an overview of China legal and regulatory risk and compliance issues, and best practices for U.S. multinationals operating in China, including compliance with FCPA and Chinese anti-corruption laws.
