Faegre Baker Daniels is please to host a luncheon program featuring a panel of speakers who will address business and investment issues in the U.S.-China commercial relationship.

Speakers include:

  • George Martin, Partner, Faegre Baker Daniels
  • Erin Ennis, Senior Vice President, US-China Business Council
  • Rob Biskup, Director, Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP

Erin Ennis will discuss the current operating environment for U.S. companies in China, including the Bilateral Investment Treaty, and top issues such as competition, intellectual property and foreign investment restrictions. George Martin and Rob Biskup will provide an overview of China legal and regulatory risk and compliance issues, and best practices for U.S. multinationals operating in China, including compliance with FCPA and Chinese anti-corruption laws. A question-and-answer session will follow panelist presentations.
