Evenwel v. Abbott: What Does One-Person, One-Vote Really Mean?

On Thursday, Dec. 10, Faegre Baker Daniels partner Brian Paul will host a CLE event for the Indianapolis Lawyers Chapter of the Federalist Society featuring Hans von Spakovsky, manager of the Election Law Reform Initiative. von Spakovsky will speak about Evenwel v. Abbott, a case before the Supreme Court involving the constitutionality of the process of drawing voting districts. Specifically at issue is whether or not districts should include only residents who are eligible to vote in determining their district population. Brian will give an informal introduction prior to the presentation.
