Patent Litigation 2015

Chicago, IL

Taught by a faculty of seasoned outside and in-house lawyers in patent litigation, this two-day course focuses on how litigators can adapt to new developments in patent law and create successful litigation strategies and tactics. U.S. District Court judges will also be on hand to provide views on the state of patent litigation and useful tips for litigants. View the complete schedule.

At 2:45 p.m. on Thursday, Ted Budd, Faegre Baker Daniels partner, will present on the topic of "Strategy and Tactics in Patent Litigation." His session will include discussion of the many judgment calls both plaintiffs and defendants must face prior to patent litigation, which he calls an "expensive, complex, disruptive and potentially economically fatal undertaking."
