You're invited to a roundtable discussion on best practices in conducting workplace and business investigations. Issues will include when to use outside investigators, attorney/client privilege, confidentiality matters, special concerns in union settings and tips on documenting.

An application for standard Illinois CLE credit will be submitted. The program will also be submitted to the HR Certification Institute for continuing education credit review.
