Overview

White Collar partner Charlie Leeper presented at DRI’s inaugural Government Enforcement and Corporate Compliance conference held June 27-29 in Washington, D.C.

Charlie was a featured speaker on a panel discussing recent developments and trial strategy in Foreign Corrupt Practices Act cases. Charlie’s presentation focused on the questionable legal theory of vicarious liability for a corporate parent for the actions of a subsidiary in the context of an FCPA prosecution.

The conference also featured members of the government and in-house counsel as speakers.
