Sarah Brew to Speak on Food Inspections at June ACI Summit

Sarah Brew of Faegre Baker Daniels will take part in the American Conference Institute Third Advanced Summit on Food Safety Regulatory Compliance on June 26-27, 2012, in Chicago.

Brew will speak on the panel "Food Inspections: Assessing Risk Factors for Government Targets and How to Minimize Downstream Liability Exposure Arising out of 'Surprise' Inspections," providing practical guidance on planning and preparation of food facilities for government inspections.
