April 18 Live Webinar Presentation in Indianapolis and Remote Access Option

Faegre Baker Daniels invites you to join us live in Indianapolis or remotely via telephone or computer for the fourth in the spring 2012 series of clean energy and climate change webinars developed by the American Council on Renewable Energy (ACORE) and the American Bar Association. Faegre Baker Daniels LLP is a sponsor of this national series. There is no charge for this event.

We hope those in the Indianapolis area will join us at the downtown office for a light lunch during the fourth spring seminar, "Challenges in Supporting Renewables with Capacity Markets and Plant Life Retirements," on Wednesday, April 18, 2012. Lunch will be served beginning at 11:30 a.m. EDT and the webinar will begin at noon and conclude at 1:15 p.m. We will provide a brief update on federal, state and regional legislative and executive branch actions and initiatives beginning at 11:45 a.m. and hope you will be able to network and discuss issues related to clean energy following the webinar.

Those outside the Indianapolis area are invited to view the webinar via remote login beginning at noon EDT, 11 a.m. CDT and 10 a.m. MDT. You must register in advance to receive login instructions for viewing the webinar remotely. Login instructions will be emailed to you prior to the webinar.

During the webinar, industry experts will discuss the role of wind and solar and the premium dispatchable renewables like biomass, hydro, geothermal, heat and resource recovery to meet coal-fired capacity shortfalls. The panel will also address the challenges regional capacity markets face in updating baseload capacities and developing alternative solutions.

To RSVP, please email  events@faegredrinker.com using the subject line "ACORE Webinar 4-18 - Will attend remotely" and include your name, company name and contact information.
