Commissions, Tip Pooling and Other Special Wage-Hour Issues

Steve Anderson and Chuck Knapp of Faegre Baker Daniels LLP, co-authors of a chapter in the first edition of Wage and Hour Handbook: Federal and Minnesota, will present on the topic of "Commissions, Tip Pooling and Other Special Wage-Hour Issues" at a Wage and Hour CLE sponsored by Minnesota CLE on March 29, 2012, in Minneapolis. 

The presentation will include federal and Minnesota wage-hour laws surrounding leaves and breaks, vacation pay, tips and tip pooling, commissions and bonuses, and wage deductions. This session will provide a thoughtful analysis of real-world examples, along with practice tips and related workplace policy do's and don'ts.
