IP Issues in Contracts

This day-long program will analyze significant, often contested, contract provisions related to intellectual property.  Rob Leonard and Chris Turoski of Cargill are presenting "An Overview of the Essential Components in Licensing & Assignment Agreements Involving IP," which will provide attendees with an overview of essential components in IP licensing and assignment agreements.  Rob and Chris will identify key differences among licenses depending on the type of IP involved.
