Faegre Drinker Named a Top Firm for Associate Satisfaction by BTI Consulting

Faegre Drinker is pleased to be recognized in BTI Consulting’s “BTI Associate Satisfaction A-Listers 2026: BTI Survey of Law Firms Where Associates are Happiest” report, ranking among the top 36 of 189 firms with the highest associate job satisfaction.

The ranking is based solely on associate feedback, drawing on more than 5,000 unprompted responses collected from a large-scale survey of associates at Am Law 200, global, mid-size, and smaller law firms.

BTI highlighted seven key factors driving associate job satisfaction that firms on the A-List excel at: abundant and clear commitment to accelerating their careers, meaningful and hyper-relevant training, high-impact mentoring, clear career growth path within their firm, strong job satisfaction, targeted support addressing women associates’ distinct needs, and having at least one partner actively invested in their success.
