Faegre Drinker Secures Favorable Recommendation for Proposed Sabey Data Center

A team led by government and regulatory counsel Mindy Westrick Brown represented client Sabey Corporation before the Indianapolis Metropolitan Development Commission, leading to a favorable recommendation for the client’s proposed $4 billion, 130-acre data center.

The commission voted to approve Sabey’s proposal, to be built in Decatur Township. Westrick Brown advocated for Sabey, highlighting the company’s commitment to the city by stimulating long-term economic development and infrastructure improvements.

The team led by Westrick Brown also included partner Matt Olsen, associate Kathryn Powell, senior planner Mark Leach, and government relations specialist Ryan Crnarich.
