Alexi Rouhani Joins Faegre Drinker’s Minneapolis Real Estate Group

Faegre Drinker announced today that Alexi Rouhani has joined the firm’s real estate group in Minneapolis. Rouhani was previously Director Counsel of Operations Contracts & Strategies and Real Estate at a Fortune 100 company. He brings nearly a decade of in-house counsel experience.

Rouhani’s practice centers on complex, large-scale real estate matters across retail, supply chain, residential, and mixed-use developments. His experience in high-volume execution provides the framework necessary for clients looking for rapid expansions and multi-site projects. He covers the full asset lifecycle for clients — from resolving regulatory, zoning, and land-use challenges to negotiating acquisitions, leases, and easements.

Rouhani earned bachelor’s degree from the College of William & Mary and Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law.
