Faegre Drinker Recognized for Excellent Client Service by BTI Consulting in '2024 Client Service A-Team' Report

Faegre Drinker has been recognized as a client service leader by BTI Consulting (BTI) in their “Client Service A-Team 2024: Survey of Law Firm Client Service Performance” report. The firm was ranked number 18 out of 241 law firms, up from number 22 last year and landing a spot on the “BTI Client Service 30” 2024 list. The elite “best-of-the-best” list identifies firms that clients identified as performing 9 to 15 times better than the typical law firm, and accounts for less than 5% of all law firms competing for business at larger companies.

The report draws solely on in-depth, telephone-based interviews as part of BTI’s ongoing Annual Survey of General Counsel, now in its 23rd year. The research is probed from more than 300 top legal decision-makers at large organizations with $1 billion or more in revenue and isolates 17 activities essential to delivering superior client service, such as understanding the client’s business, providing practical solutions, anticipating client needs and developing innovative approaches.
