Faegre Drinker Recognized as a Leader in Litigation by BTI Consulting

Faegre Drinker has been named a “Leader” in BTI Consulting Group’s “Litigation Outlook 2024: Navigating Litigation Spending in the New Unpredictable World” report in the Securities & Finance Litigation and Commercial Litigation categories. Faegre Drinker is one of nine firms to receive the distinguishment in Securities and Finance and one of ten in Commercial Litigation.

The BTI Litigation Outlook 2024 maps out where the spending is and isn’t, aiming to assist firms in targeting their business development efforts to the best and most robust opportunities. The report notes litigation spending on outside counsel is growing again in 2024 for the 4th year, as well as the caseload.
