Florham Park labor and employment associate Marc-Joseph Gansah and Indianapolis business litigation associate Manny McMiller have been invited to join The National Black Lawyers Top 40 Under 40, an organization that celebrates the legal excellence of top African American attorneys. After being nominated and vetted, Gansah and McMiller were selected as members of this elite national network.
Gansah, a pragmatic advocate for his clients, represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment matters in connection with litigation and counseling related to various federal, state and local laws. He has experience representing clients before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services, Inc. and the American Arbitration Association. Gansah earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Baltimore and his Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law.
McMiller helps companies resolve and manage disputes in litigation, partnering with clients to achieve their business goals and avoid business disruption. He represents a wide range of commercial clients and defends product manufacturers in asbestos and related personal injury cases. McMiller has experience advising nonprofit organizations on compliance with the Uniform Prudent Management of Institutional Funds Act. McMiller earned his bachelor’s degree from Williams College and his Juris Doctor from Notre Dame Law School.
