Faegre Drinker has been recognized as a client service leader by BTI Consulting (BTI) in their Client Service A-Team 2022: Survey of Law Firm Client Service Performance report. The annual report is based solely on client feedback.
The firm was ranked number 29 out of 281 law firms, landing a spot on the “BTI Client Service 30 2022” list, an elite “best of the best” list of firms that clients identified as performing 9 to 15 times better than the typical law firm.
BTI’s reporting is based solely on direct, unprompted feedback from top legal decisionmakers at large organizations with $700 million or more in revenue. Of the top client service activities clients reported as most influential to their feedback, the seven most important activities they noted were: deals with complexity, provides practical solutions, fields the absolute best team, committed to help, delivers value for the dollar, shows client focus, and understanding the client’s business.
